Matthew 5:3-12 (New Living Translation)

3 “God blesses those who are poor and realize their need for him,
for the Kingdom of Heaven is theirs.

Fed Up.

Why does couple get married when they are not sure that they are the one and when they are not sure the person can give you happiness ? Why does couple get married when they might have already lost some feelings for one another during the engagement period? Why do they compromise themselves when they know they are not the one and just get married. Is it more important to be true to one self ? In every thing there is consequences. Did they ever consider any one will get hurt because of the one wrong heavy mistake they make.
Maybe thats why most marriages broke up.
Divorce rate is on the rise, hurting they themselves and their children.
Even it may not be a divorce, the way one or both party treat one another is without respect. Vulgarties being spilled out like rushing water. The worst part is scolding vulgarities in front of their children to one another. So where is the mother and daddy figures being the examples?
Doesn't this also aftect their children in a way?
Children having disbelieve in their own future marriage because of their parents. Or they might think this is how marriage is like.
Adults, grow up. Don't take marriage lightly. If you don't even trust one another or having doubt that this person is who you really want to be with and stick through with, don't even think of getting married. It will cause your future children and yourself to suffer. Stay true to yourself, love yourself.

Many times, i can say i lost my direction while running my race. I lost track and lost focus. But time and time again i come back on track, to run my race again. It is not easy to be a disciple of Jesus Chirst. It is not easy to carry the cross. The word Selfless, is really one big heavy rock. What is true selflessness? In this word of hypocrisy, it doesn't exists. Maybe all of us humans are afraid of losing out and getting hurt. So we conformed to be adaptable, to survive in todays world, to be selfish. Every person have a certain degree of selfishness. Self awarness to think for one self first is our natural human instinct. I guess the only way out is to be so filled, immersed with God's love. That naturally we react like how Jesus would.

He says, "Give to everyone who asks of you. And from him who takes away your goods do not ask them back. And just as you want men to do to you, you also do to them likewise. But if you love those who love you, what credit is that to you? For even sinners love those who love them. And if you do good to those who do good to you, what credit is that to you? For even sinners do the same. And if you lend to those from whom you hope to receive back, what credit is that to you? For even sinners lend to sinners to receive as much back. But love your enemies, do good, and lend, hoping for nothing in return; and your reward will be great, and you will be sons of the Most High. For He is kind to the unthankful and evil. Therefore be merciful, just as your Father also is merciful." (Luke 6:30-36)

"hoping for nothing in return..", - selflessness.

Many times we hope for something in return and it disappoints us, pull us down. Maybe that is the reason of burning out, the reason for being hopeless and depress of not having any results or outcome. I realised i'm one that expects something in return. This is real bad.

What does it feels like to be once again so filled with Your love?
What does it feels like to be carrying my cross once again?
What does it feels like to die to self again?
What does it feels like that is doesn't matters no more?

Yes, finally i got a job at Orchard Ion, selling ice cream. It was what i wanted, good pay, good environment and flexible timing. Thanks to my childhood neighbour, Aidan.(: I started work yesterday and it was really fun. I enjoyed selling ice cream because i myself l it. They have 200 over flavours but it sells 32 flavours and changes during certain season. And the best thing is after 2 weeks i will be going over to Changi Airport to work at their outlet inside Duty Free area. That is even cooler. I bet it will make me feel like i'm going on a holiday.
